2024年8月5日至9日，省注册会计师行业和资产评估行业在中共随州市委党校举办2024年行业党员培训班。部分市（州）行业党组织负责人、党务工作者，执业机构党组织书记、党员骨干等共94人参加。

培训班以专题教学、音像教学、现场教学、分组讨论等多种形式开展。在课程设置上，开设了《习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想概论》《以中国式现代化推进中华民族伟大复兴》《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《做好新形势下的意识形态工作》等理论课程。结合“两师”行业实际，安排了行业诚信教育和执业机构党建工作经验分享，为促进行业健康高质量发展和执业机构党组织标准化规范化建设奠定基础。在分组讨论环节，全体学员重点围绕学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神，交流了学习的心得体会。

培训期间，全体学员赴九口堰开展了现场教学，向新四军第五师烈士纪念碑敬献鲜花、聆听革命先烈故事，沉浸式感受先烈们不畏艰难险阻、不畏牺牲的革命精神。同时，通过观看警示教育片、红色电影，全体学员进一步筑牢了思想根基，坚定了理想信念。

结业式上，3名学员代表作了交流发言。大家一致认为，本期培训班主题鲜明、内容丰富、效果明显，通过学习和交流讨论，全体学员对党史、党纪、革命精神等有了更加深入的理解。大家表示，回到工作岗位后，将坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神和二十届一中、二中、三中全会精神，紧紧围绕服务国家建设这个主题和诚信建设这条主线，把学习成果转化为干事创业的热情，牢牢坚持诚信为本、操守为重、坚持准则的职业精神，充分发挥好中介机构在财会监督体系中的重要作用，履行好市场经济“看门人”职责，在服务国家战略，服务中国式现代化湖北实践中展现担当作为，贡献“两师”行业力量。
